CMR represents several specialty trade contractor programs, including those sponsored by ASCC-American Society of Concrete Contractors, IEC-Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc., LICA-Land Improvement Contractors of America and MCAA-Mechanical Contractors Association of America in addition to specialty programs for General Contractors. All programs have the ability to provide General Liability, Auto Liability & Physical Damage, Workers Compensation, Excess Liability, Pollution Liability, Professional/Design Liability, Contractors Equipment, Installation Floaters and Property coverages. All programs have specialty coverages designed for contractors including blanket additional insureds, waivers of subrogation, contractual liability and legal liability.

Project Specific and Wrap-Up Insurance Programs

CMR’s project specific and wrap-up services include feasibility studies, contact facilitation, insurance marketing and placement, claims and safety, general liability only wrap-ups and complete wrap-up administration and management. CMR represents several limited access programs depending on the type of project (residential vs commercial), line of coverages (general liability only or including workers compensation) and the size of project.
