We’re dedicated to ensuring all employees have the information they need to do their jobs well. Our monthly All Hands Meetings, Lunch & Learns, and Anonymous Feedback Surveys are just a few of the programs we run to bring our offices together and share key aspects of the business across the entire organization.
One benefit of having amazing coworkers is enjoying each other’s company. CMR's Events Committee plans company-wide events throughout the year. CMR believes in giving back and strengthening our local San Diego community, we offer volunteer opportunities, and donate quarterly to a local non-profit voted on by our Charity Committee. CMR also recognizes employees with various awards and recognition, including the Employee of the Quarter Award and the Kathleen Williams Spirit Award. Lastly, our Weekly Kudos are a fun way to be recognized and earn rewards such as credits to our company swag store.
CMR holds true to it's core values of integrity, passion, hard work, teamwork and an enjoyable, friendly, fun, balanced working environment. If this sounds like you, we hope that you will join our team.
